The '''United States House of Representatives''' is the lower house of the United States Congress, the [[United States Senate]] being the upper house.

The House is composed of representatives from each state as allocated according to the states' populations. The House is currently composed of 19 members.

The presiding officer is the Speaker of the House, who is elected by the members thereof. The floor leaders are selected by their respective party caucuses.

The '''Conservative Party''', commonly referred to as the '''Conservatives,''' was a right-wing political party founded on 21 February 2020 by John Smith, LOTR, Jared Liles, MTRX Gaming, Blank v2 and System Jones, the signers of the party's Declaration of Independence in the wake of a split from the [[Federalist Party]]. It was a party for conservative and libertarian policies. On March 26th of 2020, they merged with the Federalist Party after reforms to the party’s constitution were agreed upon.

On 24 March 2020, the Conservative party leadership and [[Federalist Party]] leadership sat down with each other to negotiate a potential merge. Two days later and after compromises from both parties, they managed to reach a deal. The proposed merge was put up for a vote in both parties, it succeeded in the Federalist party but failed in the Conservative party with 64% voting against the merge out of 14 total voters. The Conservatives decided to reconsider the merge and after long discussions, enough people changed their vote to give the merge a majority.

The next day, on the 26th of March, the Conservative party was dissolved by a CNC vote and the Conservatives merged with the Federalists, becoming the only right-wing party.

==History==

The Federalist Party was initially founded by [[JMP]], [[J.G.T. Webb]], [[Ethan Armstrong]], [[Valerie]], [[Rincewind]], [[Patty]], and [[notaname]]. On 27 March 2020, the [[Conservative party]], which had split off previously, merged with the Federalist Party, through which a transitional FNC was formed with both of the NCs of the party's combined.

==Policies==

The Federalist Party is a right-wing party that supports conservative and libertarian policies. Due to differences between opinions of members, the party does not have a definitive stance on abortion and reproductive rights.

===Economics Policies===

Federalists believe in the gradual abolition of the '''Federal Welfare Programs''' that fall under the American Welfare state and instead giving the different states control over their welfare systems. They also aim to create a '''national job initiative''' to help low-income individuals find a job that suits their needs and skills.

===Defense Policies===

The Federalists are '''non-interventionists'''. They advocate for drastically reducing defense spending and for the use of diplomacy and trade instead of military intervention.

===Environmental Policies===

Most members of the party believe climate change is a real threat, although there are differences between them in regards to how big of a threat it is.
