Seeing as two of the three candidates are incumbents, what gives you a distinction from the crowd in this election?

My bill, the Advancing Nuclear Energy Act, the most comprehensive nuclear bill in years, was passed unanimously by both the House and Senate, and was today signed by the President
Furthermore I have the most experience of all these candidates. I have the best track record on the environment, my track record as Governor and Assembly person are excellent, and I'm a proven fighter for the people

Your opponent, Rep. Armstrong, has an approval rating of over 60% meanwhile you have an approval rating of just above 15%. How much do these numbers indicate how this race will go?

I don't think they matter at all. The sample size is low and there are far more Federalists in Dixie than Liberals. I've never lost an election as a part of any party against any opponent. I don't think much will change.
I don't believe Ethan has written any bills for the House this term.
I have. Mine passed with the same popularity as the State of the Union Resolution.
I've also been active on the state level as an assembly person. Ethan, as lt. Governor, hasn't done much of anything as far as I know

While you are correct in saying I have not passed any bills this term, I have been active. Regarding my Lieutenant Governor position, my job is to support cabin and help him whenever he may need it, which he has not so far. I have had ideas for new bills in the past, but the new proposals and numerous bills that have passed have used the very same ideas.

Ok
Have you written any Federal legislation?
Or have you already answered no, by saying you haven't passed any bills this term. I was just unsure whether you ment state or federal level

I have yet to write a piece without tossing it away, yes.

Do you think that passing legislation, or even just being active in co-sponsorships and debate, are important qualities in a Representative?

It seems presidential candidate Arkenstone and I agree on two very important issues now, that being mental health as well as the environment. I have seen so many examples of people not getting the help they need, and it's a great injustice. As representative, I will be working to bring mental health reform

In all seriousness, what is your favorite Japanese animated work?
What relation might it have to your public life today?

Legend of the Galactic Heroes. I think it serves as a good warning of what we want to avoid. The Republican Government of the Free Planets Alliance is rotten to the core, full of corruption and malicious intent. They actively work for interests contrary to that of the people, and their mismanagement causes their downfall. Meanwhile, the Imperial government relies so heavily on a few men that if they die, it all comes unravelled. I think we need to avoid the shortcomings of both, but especially the Free Planets Alliance as it is far more like us.
It's also just a really well made anime with great character development and story

Do you plan on doing anything about Daylight savings, or is it alright to you as it stands?

@Agriculture+ shoot
@rat randy I honestly have no real opinion on it. That's an issue that I'll just let the people steer. If they want to keep it that's fine, if they want to eliminate it that's fine too
