As a congressmen, I will bring new ideas and a fervent focus on humanitarianism. I believe the purpose of government is to serve the people and to promote the general welfare, and I will work tirelessly to ensure everyone in society has basic economic rights. I will improve the standard of living for the working class, I will preserve the planet for our next generations, and I will promote the values of a democratic and peaceful society. I am the much better choice because I believe my opponent will not embrace the new ideas we need to fix this country. My opponent does not accept science. And my opponent does not care about plight of the working class. A vote for my opponent is a vote for the failing status quo, whereas a vote for me is a vote for progress and a brighter future for everyone.

I will not base my foreign policy on unilaterally establishing or destroying the political systems of sovereign nations. If a country's government breaks international law and commits human rights abuses, I believe in starting with diplomatic negotiations that are in everyone's interest. Economic pressure can sometimes but used in coordination with the international community, however oftentimes that unfairly impacts the citizens the most and not the government elites. A limited show of force will be an absolute last resort in coordination with the international community, which will only be used when all other options are exhausted. Lastly, I support keeping our country open to take in refugees escaping failing countries, so they can have a chance to live to their full potential.

Furthermore, I support freedom of speech and freedom of press of our citizen to express whichever political viewpoint they wish, as long as violence is not incited.
