The '''Clark Court''' was a period of the [[Supreme Court of the United States|Supreme Court]] during which [[Kody|Cody Clark]] was Chief Justice. It followed the [[Jacksazzy Court]] and preceded the [[Jet Court]]. Most notably, it dismissed an attempt by President [[Poke]] to subject his impeachment and conviction to judicial review and struck down two [[Northern]] laws to socialize the economy as violations of the takings clause.
