== Early Life and Education ==

SteB was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on the 23rd of May, 1979. He lived a relatively comfortable life, living in the outskirts of Baltimore, attending a prestigious private school. His father, AndreB (born 1945), and mother PenelopeB (born 1947) both worked as lawyers in the Ballard Spahr Law Firm in Baltimore his father, AndreB, was a second-generation Eastern European immigrant. SteB’s paternal grandfather was Polish, from Warsaw, while his paternal grandmother came from Lviv. He only met them about thrice, until the Polish communist regime fell in 1989, when SteB was 10, and travel from the US to Poland was made easier. His mother came from a wealthy New England family from Boston, who moved to the United States from England in the late 18th Century. At the age of 13, the family briefly moved to Newark, New Jersey, before finally settling in New York City in 1993. There, the 14 year old boy managed to enroll in the Trinity School in New York City, where he remained until the age of 18. In Trinity School, SteB was elected to the School Senate, one of the most notable student organisations in the school, dating back to the 18th Century. There, he managed to become president of the senate, an extremely difficult feat. Notably, the school also taught French, which SteB became fluent in during his time there.

== Business Career ==

SteB graduated as Valedictorian, and went on to receive a bachelor's degree in business, with a minor in political science in Harvard. He graduated in 2001. Immediately after graduating from university, SteB received an offer to work in Lockheed Martin, in their headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. He worked there for 4 years, before starting his own venture, the Blue Mountain Group. It specialised in Military drones, and was quite successful until 2008, when the stock market crashed, and the company nearly went bankrupt. It took 2 years for SteB to rebuild it, but by 2010 it was growing once again. In 2014, he sold the Blue Mountain Group to the Northrop Grumman Corporation, and moved to Baltimore to start a non-profit organisation aimed at helping the less fortunate, through free healthcare check-ups, soup kitchens, scholarships, and many other rewarding enterprises. After 2 years of painstaking work, the SteB Foundation was up and running, starting in Baltimore, but later spreading, with offices from New York to Richmond to Chicago. He stayed at the foundation for another 4 years, helping it progress, until his political career began.

== Early Political Career ==

In 2020, SteB decided to get into politics. He briefly joined the Federalist Party, and moved to Jefferson, before joining the American Liberal Coalition. He ran for the Fourth Jefferson state legislature seat, beating out Former Rep. Dallas in the party primary with 57.1% of the vote. However, the actual election did not go SteB’s way. He campaigned questionably, and his 20 second rally became a joke. He managed to incur some high-level endorsements, notably from Speaker Arkenstone, but nevertheless the vote did not go his way and he lost to former senator April, by 8.02% of the vote. SteB only managed to get 33.71%, a little over a third, compared to April’s 41.73%. After the failure, SteB decided to become a journalist, working in the ABC as Political Correspondent. He continues to work in the ABC, now as an executive, today.

== Representative ==

The Fourth North State Congressional District was left without a representative in the house after Former Rep. Darby resigned due to some anti-Semitic comments. During this time, SteB was still residing in Jefferson, and planned to cover the special election in-depth. He traveled to the north state, and began working on covering the election, when the ALC candidate, Carlomarx, disappeared. The ALC was given little time to find a replacement, and so SteB was chosen to run in the special election.

The election was extremely close. The campaigning was fierce, and debating was heated and passionate. High-level government officials endorsed all candidates, with the Vice President, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and multiple Former Presidents endorsing different candidates. SteB managed to win with only 26.01% of the vote, only marginally more than a quarter. His main rival for the position, Attorney General Howard Elkridge, was only 2.61% behind.

After the victory was announced on the 22nd of May, SteB began writing the Green Employment Act, a cornerstone of his legislative work. The bill failed to pass congress due to the session ending, and failed in the North State Legislature, but passed in the District of Columbia after the council overrode the mayoral veto.

== State Legislature ==

SteB was appointed as EPA admin on the 4th of June, 2020, and ran for the Fourth State Legislative District of the North only a day afterwards. This time, the race was much less close, and SteB won with 61.16% of the vote, with his opponent, once again Attorney General Elkridge, trailing behind with 38.84%. In the North State legislature, the most notable piece of Legislation SteB passed was the Northern Anthem amendment, which changed the North State Anthem to a new version. The amendment passed a referendum held along with the July federal election. SteB was also made deputy chair of the north state legislature.

== DC Council ==

SteB decided to run for the position of D.C. council chair. He won again, with a similar amount of votes, winning with 61.25%. His socialist opponent, Trent, only managed to score 25.39%, and the libertarian governor of Jefferson, Jared, 13.36%. As D.C. council chair, SteB has presided daily, and managed to pass the Green Employment Act.

== Current Government Positions ==

The July Federal election saw SteB re-elected as Representative. On the 15th of July, President Garland nominated SteB to the position of Secretary of Veterans Affairs. On the 17th of July, SteB was made Deputy Majority Leader, and it seems likely that he will continue to rise through the ranks in congress.
