Blade Holdin was the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporatist Party, and served as a Senator in the United States Congress.

He is no longer active in AGS.

Early Career

In January of 2018, Blade worked with Shitmemery, Backd00r_Bandit, LaurieStrode, and Rainatur-Rainehtion to found a broad tent right wing libertarian party, formally creating the Libertarian Party. During the first federal elections of 2018, Blade won a Senate seat in the Western State. He immediately began fighting against the Monarchist Party and Radical Labor Party as President Poke issued Executive Orders making a symbolic monarch and repainting the White House.

Serving in the Senate

As a Senator, Blade worked to achieve a variety of libertarian ends, from repealing gun control legislation to fighting attempts to instill a symbolic monarch. As the end of the fiscal season approached, Congress procrastinated until the last moment to submit a budget for the next season, and there were inter-party conflicts over which budget to bring to the House Floor. As the deadline closed in, Blade wrote an emergency funding bill to fund an additional week of spending so Congress had time to finish the budget process, but only included $512.3 in spending for the week which would solely go towards the purchase of a personal handgun for President Poke. This bill passed unanimously through the House and the Senate and was immediately signed by the President; Blade can be quoted as saying that "Getting communists to sign my essentially $0 spending bill is the greatest thing I will ever achieve in a political office".

Ascension to the Vice Presidency

After King George resigned from the office of Vice President, there was a period of time in which there was no Vice President and little talk of a replacement. However, as the Speaker of the House at the time Bakk resigned, drama ensued leading to an agreement between the Libertarian Party and the Radical Labor Party to endorse Butterlands for Speaker in return for nominating Blade for Vice President. Blade made it through Senate confirmation quickly and assumed the office of Vice President.

Vice Presidency and Retirement

Once Blade became Vice President, he found himself mostly unoccupied as President Poke had rarely tasked him with any duties. He became preoccupied with the upcoming federal midterm elections, helping his party coordinate for the election. Shortly after midterms, Blade felt a sudden compulsion to retire and tour the world, and on April 15, 2018 he vanished without a trace.

Coming out of Retirement

On May 1, 2018 Blade was contacted by a member of the Radical Labor Party and notified of the May Day rebellion led by Poke, to which he flew immediately back to Washington D.C. Upon arriving he found that his previous party had lost its entire leadership during the revolution, and ran for Chairman of the Libertarian Party unopposed. Simultaneously he ran to reclaim his Senate seat, and on May 04 he was reinstated to leadership by the interim Libertarian Executive Committee and took office within the Senate once more. Within days of being out of retirement, he worked closely with the Popular Front to coordinate anti-socialist legislation and ended up merging their party into the newly rebranded Corporatist Party on May 10.

Personal Life

Blade is currently married to Hasta Siempre after having successfully rescued him from marriage with Ow. They live happily together, although they are political opponents.

Upon rearriving in D.C. after the revolution, he found that the Glock 17 he had gifted to Poke via taxpayer money had been left in the Oval Office in a desk drawer, and now openly carries it around D.C. whenever the Secret Service lets him, knowing how much the ex-President would appreciate the irony.
