Mark Moser (born May 7, 1984) is an American politician and lawyer, serving since 2026 as the President Pro Tempore of the United States Senate, and since 2025 as the Senior United States Senator from the state of Dixie. Moser is the only member of the GSP who is currently in the United States Senate from Dixie.

Early life and career

Moser was born in Savannah, Georgia in 1984. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 2006, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009.

In 2011, he became a partner at the law firm Epstein and White, a moderately large Atlanta-based firm. He was the defending attorney for multiple criminal justice cases. He also worked with the Innocence Project as an attorney. After taking a step back from law, he was employed by the Innocence Project from 2014 to 2025.

U.S. House of Representatives

Elections

September 2025

On September 8, 2025, Moser announced his intention to run for the seat formerly filled by Maximus, DX-03. He won in a landslide against Conservative challenger Donald J. Trump.

Pundits claim Moser was able to win such a sweeping victory due to his grassroots campaign, high-quality advertisements, and down-to-earth average Dixian campaign strategy.

November 2025

Moser first announced his plan to seek re-election to DX-03, however he retired from the seat to run for the special U.S. Senate election in Dixie vacated by Janiyah Boudica.

Tenure

Moser sponsored no bills during his short tenure in the House, but was one of the most present members in votes, voting on most bills.
