Bass is a Northern Politician, and a member of the Great Society Party. They are the current House Majority Leader and are a former Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Early Career
Bass's career started off on a high note, with them becoming a member of the House of Delegates, as well as a member of the House of Representatives, in February of 2026. The next month, Bass would pass the nomination for Northern Secretary of State Wellbeing, nominated by the Denbrough Administration, as well as being elected Deputy Chair of the House of Delegates.
Mainstream Politics
In April of 2026, Bass was elected as Chair of the House of Delegates, allowing her much greater influence across politics. In May, Bass became Deputy House Majority Leader, appointed by Majority Leader Kolette Winters. She also replaced Liam Carson as Dean of the House of Representatives.
A few weeks later, however, the resignation of Speaker Mirielle le Marr forced a Speakership election, during which Bass was elected against Huton A. Hill. She also became Dean of the House of Delegates during June 2026.
In late July 2026, the Great Society Party lost the House Majority, and as such the Speakership. Bass became House Minority Leader. In late July, however, Speaker Hailey French had a falling out with the Democratic Working Families Party Majority, and recognized the Great Society Party as the majority, resulting in Bass becoming House Majority Leader.
In August, Bassonomics became a major point of discussion, as the great economic policies of Bass led to growth and recovery. In the middle of the month, Bass was nominated for and confirmed as Northern Attorney General, after passing the Bar Exam. She went on to represent the North in North v. Carson, as well as being suspected of being behind the scenes during Carson v. North. This was during the Denbrough Administration.
