Jefferson

The Commonwealth of Jefferson is a state comprised of some 95 million people in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii. It has two capitals: one in Denver and the other in Sacramento. Perhaps owing to its Californian state of mind, Jefferson is predominantly libertarian, with a drinking age of 18, legalized drug possession, a single tax on land value and a universal basic income named the Common Wealth Fund.
