North

The Northern State is a state comprised of the Regions of Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin. Its capital is Chicago. Formerly the political home of the Communist Party, the North is recognized as being predominantly left wing, having supported the Progressive and Communist Parties, and later on the Labor and Liberal Parties.
