Meta

Meta is often used throughout AmericanGovSim to describe anything that is out-of-context from the simulation. An example of something that is "meta" would be the AGS general channel. Messages in that channel cannot be used in election campaigns or anything else in the simulated governments. In essence, "meta" encompasses everything outside of the simulation that cannot be used in the simulation.
