James Andrew Oliver is a new voice in politics, going from a High School Principle to the soon-to-be Secretary of Transportation and Delegate for NS-5 in a matter of weeks.

Early Life

James Andrew Oliver was born in Portland, Main, North in 1975. He was an only child, living with his widowed mother and Gran. His dad died in the Vietnam War, his Grandfather died in the Korean War.

James had gone through his whole life without a father figure until his Mother had married his step-father in 1991. James got along with his new step-father, who had pushed James into education. James went to go to The University of Portland, where he studied History and Education.
