Hagen is a Northern Politician in the United States of America, who is known for his Anti-Federalist and Libertarian values. He has aimed to reduce needless government involvement, while restoring economic power to the people.

Northern House of Delegates

Hagen was first elected to the HoD in the February State Elections, with no one contesting him. He became the Deputy Chair in a Federalist Controlled House, but when Boehner left, he became the Chair in a tie breaking contest between him and Thanos, where Lt. Gov. Jeb chose him. He was later unconstitutionally removed from Chair for no reason by the Liberal controlled HoD, consisting of Thanos, Tedd, and Arkenstone. He notably worked on the pandemic and utilizing the free market effectively.

He was then re-elected in the April State elections, beating Former Governor Juan Escobar by about 5%. He then chose to not run for re-election in June, citing personal issues, in accordance to his Senate Resignation which happened shortly afterwards.

House of Representatives

Hagen was first elected to the House from the NS2 District in the January Federal Elections of 2020, beating his opponent Drewster by around 10%. This was his first political position, elected or appointed, and he was known as one of the more active members of the legislative body. Although this term was relatively inactive, a notable fact was him becoming House Majority Leader, by succeeding John Boehner. He didn't run for re-election in the March Federal Elections, citing his preference for a smaller legislative body, the Senate.

He ran in a special election for NS1 in June, and lost by 5%. His reasoning behind the loss was a lack of effort. Experts pinned the loss on his sudden resignation from the Senate, and his actions in the Supreme Court, where he suffered some problems due to sleep deprivation.

Senate of the United States

Hagen was elected to a Senate Class 1 Seat representing the North in the March Federal Elections. He beat his opponent Jebcubed by getting 66% of the votes. In the Senate, he was known as one of the most active members, whether it was debating or introducing legislation. He was notably working with Senator Order and Senator Kamala Harris. He later denounced Kamala Harris for her fraudulent actions. He notably worked on bills related to the coronavirus, hydropower, and reducing complex patent law.

He also significantly reformed the Senate ROP, abolishing Senate Committees, which he deemed useless in a six member body, and made other changes, which made the Senate much more efficient and effective.

In the May Federal Elections, he went up against his friend LOTR, and even with only half the campaign material spending of his opponent, Hagen won with around 59% of the vote, stunning those who predicted otherwise. This win is said to have come from his strong actions in the Senate, which the citizens of the North appreciated. At the time, he was the only right wing senator in the Senate, ironically being from the most ALC dominated state. Hagen also became Minority Leader during his term, although he joined the Unity Caucus for a short while. In the later parts of May, Hagen unexpectedly resigned, citing personal issues.

Presidential Cabinet

Hagen was first nominated to be the Secretary of Commerce under President Valerie, in January. Later on, when the Departments of Commerce and Labor merged, Hagen became the Secretary of Commerce and Labor.

He held this position throughout the Valerie Administration, working on multiple directives towards the pandemic. A notable moment was when he only allocated 1 US Dollar towards the Job Guarantee Act from 2018.

He has kept this position under the Garland Administration as of now.

Party Affiliations

Hagen first joined the Federalist Party in January, and rose to become an FNC member. He notably was participating in the Conservative and Federalist merger, writing the merger document between the parties. He left the party in early April, citing inactivity, and a stagnant leadership.

He then remained Independent until he formed the Classical Liberal Party in late April, with his fellow Senator, April, which eventually became the largest right wing party. He also left this party in May, citing issues related to what the Party had become, and its lack of a platform in regards to the new Libertarian and American Solidarity Parties.

Hagen then remained independent for a while, until he eventually joined the Libertarian Party. He quickly rose to Vice Chair in a few days, and began to enact structural reform, in an attempt to have a more formalized role of the National Committee, and have a better system to confront elections with. He ran for re-election to the position of Vice Chair in mid-July, seeking to expand this approach.
