North's First Congressional District

The North's First Congressional District is a district of the North that elects a United States Representative. Famous residents include Knox Denbrough, Yimir, and Mirielle le Marr. Its current Representative is Mirielle le Marr. It is made up of the former states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York (minus NYC and Nassau).
