North's Third Congressional District

The North's First Congressional District is a district of the North that elects a United States Representative. Famous residents include Liam Carson and Joe Lennon. Its current Representative is Mirielle le Marr. It is made up of the former states of Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, plus New York City and Nassau.
