The July 2023 United States House of Representatives elections were held on July 10, 2023, to elect 13 representatives from their respective states and the District of Columbia. These elections coincided with the July presidential election and the July Senate elections.

The Libertarian-Republican Party retained its majority, though it lost five seats compared to the end of the previous term. It was the only party that fielded enough candidates to take an outright majority.

Background

Campaign

These elections were largely overshadowed by the concurrent July presidential election. Topics that dominated the campaign included the radicalism of the LRP's presidential nominee, John Smith, and the inactivity of the outgoing Cabin administration and Congress.

Predictions

Several media organizations published predictions for each congressional race. The LRP was generally expected to retain a reduced majority. Dover Television Network successfully predicted all district-level results.
