Martin Walks is the incumbent Representative for the North's second district. He currently serves as the Majority Whip, since November 12, 2020. Previously, Walks has served in the Northern House of Delegates, where he was Deputy Chair. Walks is a member of the Social Democratic Party.

In the October State Elections, Walks ran against Northern Secretary of Energy Gray, Former Representative Moonguy, and Former Representative Dan Reinhard. Walks won 41.19-38.12-20.67-0 against Gray, Moonguy, and Reinhard in that order.
Tenure
Walks was sworn in on October 8, 2020. He was then elected Deputy Chair.
- Election Reform
Walks sponsored the Northern RCV amendment, which enacted Ranked Choice Voting in the North. He also sponsored the 2020 Voting Reform Act, which, among other things, implemented Automatic Voter Registration.

Walks sponsored SANTA, which provided funding to research into Molten Salt Power plants.
