October 2020

In the October State Elections, Walks ran against Northern Secretary of Energy Gray, Former Representative Moonguy, and Former Representative Dan Reinhard. Walks won 41.19-38.12-20.67-0 against Gray, Moonguy, and Reinhard in that order.

Tenure

Walks was sworn in on October 8, 2020. He was then elected Deputy Chair.

Election Reform

Walks sponsored the Northern RCV amendment, which enacted Ranked Choice Voting in the North. He also sponsored the 2020 Voting Reform Act, which, among other things, implemented Automatic Voter Registration.

Energy

Walks sponsored SANTA, which provided funding to research into Molten Salt Power plants.

Walks sponsored the Northern Humane Prison act.

Walks ran for re-election in the November 2020 Federal election. He ran against Anne Tifa and Richard Holland. Walks won 72.26-27.74-0 against Tifa and Holland in that order.

January 2021

Walks ran unopposed for re-election in the January 2021 Federal election.

Tenure

Walks was sworn in on October 19, 2020. After his re-election in the General election, walks was named Deputy Majority Leader, or Majority Whip.

Walks voted in favor of the Public Option Act.

Walks voted in favor of the SNAP Reform Act and TANFRA.
