James Andrew Oliver is a new voice in politics, going from a High School Principle to the soon-to-be Secretary of Transportation and Delegate for NS-5 in a matter of weeks. James has been a keen voice in the LRP and Political landscape, with many wondering who this new guy is.

Early Life
James Andrew Oliver was born in Portland, Main, North in 1975. He was an only child, living with his widowed mother and Gran. His dad died in the Vietnam War, his Grandfather died in the Korean War.
James had gone through his whole life without a father figure until his Mother had married his step-father in 1991. James got along with his new step-father, who had pushed James into education. James went to go to The University of Portland, where he studied History and Education.
Teaching and Pre-Politics
James Andrew Oliver had gotten his teaching license in 2006, when he first stepped into his History Classroom to teach his first-ever class. Ever since then, he has fallen in love with teaching and the world of education.
After that, it wasn't long until James walked up the ranks to Head of the Humanities Department (2012), Deputy Principle (2016)``, and Principle of his High School (2019)
He was a favorite in his local School Board, being diplomatic and bi-partisan amongst both groups of parties. He ensured that his School got the correct funding and attention that it needed.
