The Jet Court was a period of the Supreme Court during which Jet was Chief Justice. It followed the Clark Court and preceded the Lamport Court. Most notably, it affirmed the inclusion of the Speaker and President pro tempore in the Presidential Succession Act as constitutional, a decision that was later overturned. Overall, the Jet Court was perceived as moderate. Jet served as Chief Justice from March to July, 2021.
