The Jet Court is a period of the Supreme Court during which Jet was Chief Justice. It followed the Clark Court and preceded the Lamport Court. Most notably, it found the inclusion of the Speaker and President pro tempore in the Presidential Succession Act to be constitutional, a decision that was later overturned. Jet served as Chief Justice from March to July, 2021.
