The Jacksazzy Court was a period of the Supreme Court during which Jacksazzy was Chief Justice. It followed the Roberts Court and preceded the Clark Court. Most notably, it used a challenge to Citizens United to nullify the concept of corporate personhood in a decision later overturned by the Lamport Court. Overall, the Jacksazzy Court was perceived as radical and unpredictable, with its judgement on corporate personhood hailed as a notoriously poor decision by liberal and conservative jurists alike. Jacksazzy served as Chief Justice from February to May, 2018.
