The Jacksazzy Court was a period of the Supreme Court during which Jacksazzy was Chief Justice. It followed the Roberts Court and preceded the Clark Court. Most notably, it used a challenge to Citizens United to nullify the concept of corporate personhood, later overturned by the Lamport Court. Overall, the Jacksazzy Court was perceived as radical and unpredictable, with its judgement on corporate personhood hailed as a notoriously poor decision by liberal and conservative jurists alike. Jacksazzy served as Chief Justice from February to May, 2018.
